My cooking method is usually having the idea, possibly looking up a recipe, and making it plant based. I don't really stick to measurements, so with my "recipes", so I only list the ingredients I use. Throughout my journey, veganism made cooking and learning what goes into my body more fun. The quickest and simplest recipes
are my favorite. I want to encourage everyone that cooking is easy and intuitive, especially when its vegan.
