My cooking method is usually having the idea, possibly looking up a recipe, and making it plant based. I don't really stick to measurements, so with my "recipes", I decided to only list the ingredients. I use. I don't take it so seriously. Throughout my journey into veganism, it made learning what goes into my body more fun. The quickest and simplest recipes

are my favorite. I want to encourage everyone that cooking is easy and intuitive, especially when its vegan.
