a SMOOTHIE


Seriously, my favorite days usually begin with a nice yummy smoothie! This one is from a couple of weeks ago.

I put in some

frozen mango

frozen raspberries

a fresh ripe peach

flaxseed meal

konjac

topped with chia seeds

mulberries


Such a beautiful way to start the day. Its cold liquid nutrients. loaded with natural sugars and antioxidants. Also the plus side of starting your mornings like this is that you'll be more compelled to make healthier decisions from then on !
